SuperiorPRO at the 2014 Atlanta Home Show by Patsy Overton
It’s hard to believe that another Atlanta Home Show at the Cobb Galleria has come and gone, but such is the case. Last weekend SuperiorPRO Painting & Exteriors joined over 350 participating companies (according to the official website at AtlantaHomeShow.com) offering the latest home remodeling products and services. This is Georgia’s largest Home Show. For three days the Cobb Galleria transformed into a one-stop-shop for all types of home improvement needs. This was the 36th year for the Spring Atlanta Home Show and SuperiorPRO was proud to be a part of it.
Our week started out with a Sales Team planning meeting lead by Jeff Kimber, SuperiorPRO’s Director of Sales. Mid-week Jeff and crew began loading up the booth, which had been stored In our conference room since the February Home Show at Gwinnett Arena, and transporting it to the Cobb Galleria. By Friday noon all the heavy lifting had been done, tables set up, and pamphlets and brochures displayed. Here is Friday’s crew ready to greet the public:
Not sure what Robert is pointing at, but he seems to be happy so we’ll let it go. Kim is armed with her SuperiorPRO bags for distribution, and Lori is busy engaging the public. Dale Cardwell just “is.” Mike Kennedy, shown below, was also a part of Friday’s team.
Look who stopped by! Kevin Delosh and Osric, our reps for Simonton Windows and James Hardie Siding, respectively. These guys are the best when it comes to offering support for Jeff and our sales team.
Friday is typically a slow day at the home show, but that was not the case this year. We had great traffic and people who were seriously interested in having work done on their homes.
Here I am ready for business. We offered free color consultations throughout the weekend. And shown below are two more members from our hard-working SuperiorPRO team: Mike Bond and Chris Kennedy.
Saturday at the show was crazy busy. We spent the day handing out SuperiorPRO bags, pens, hand sanitizers and candy and chatting with everyone who stopped by about their painting, siding, stucco and window needs. Here are a few pictures of Saturday’s crew, beginning with Ava & Irwin Weitz, Owners.
Ashleigh was at the helm scheduling potential customers for estimates:
Shown below are Mike Shelton, Tony Paskon, Cleve Merritt and, of course, Dale Cardwell.
Next, Irwin, Osric, our James Hardie rep, and Tony.
Bobbi, Roy and yours truly:
And here’s a fun shot we got near the close of the day on Sunday. Roy is such a charmer with ladies of all ages!
The 2014 Atlanta Home Show has come and gone, but not without the SuperiorPRO team making new contacts, reconnecting with old, and spending quality time together. See you in the fall!
